Monitoring and audit
All activity on this portal is logged, including sign-ins, IP addresses, device information, document access, changes and downloads. These records are retained indefinitely and may be used for security, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. By signing in you consent to this monitoring.
Confidentiality
Material on this portal — including deal data, investor information and investment memoranda — is strictly private and confidential. Users must not disclose, distribute or reproduce any material except in the proper performance of their role, and must take reasonable care when forwarding documents to intended recipients.
Privacy
Personal information handled through this portal (including investor details) is collected and processed for the purpose of arranging and documenting investment transactions, and is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Data is hosted in Australia.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials and authenticator devices secure, must not share accounts, and must notify the administrator immediately of any suspected compromise. Barclay Capital may suspend or revoke access at any time without notice.
